Do you find yourself stuck repeating the same patterns in your relationships? Are uncomfortable or intrusive thoughts taking up more mental space than you’d like? Or maybe you’re feeling lost after losing someone, or something, that was deeply important to you.
If any of this resonates, you don’t have to walk through it alone. As a trauma-informed counselor, I aim to provide a safe, empathetic space where you can explore your experiences openly and begin to see them from new perspectives. My approach is collaborative and non-
judgmental, which means you’re welcome to be your authentic self in the room.
I also approach therapy through a multicultural lens, recognizing how culture, identity, family dynamics, and religion shape the way we understand ourselves and the world around us. I have a particular passion for supporting individuals navigating cultural identity and intergenerational experiences, especially those within South Asian and Latino communities.
Therapy can be a place where you take emotional risks, ask difficult questions, and begin discovering new ways of thinking and relating that help you move toward the life you want.
In our first session, we’ll spend some time getting to know each other and identifying two to four goals that help us have a clear sense of where we’re headed. As our work continues, I’ll regularly check in with you about how therapy is feeling and whether your goals still fit. You’re always welcome to offer feedback on my approach, adjust our direction, or explore something new.
Most importantly, we’ll move at your pace. Growth rarely happens all at once, so together we’ll gently peel back your story layer by layer, building understanding and self-compassion along the way.
Together, we can help you reconnect with yourself and begin living life on your terms again.
