About Orianna
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure about your next steps? As a caring, LGBTQIA+ affirming counselor, I offer a supportive, judgment-free space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals. Whether you are navigating trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or significant life changes, we will work together to understand your challenges, strengthen coping strategies, and identify meaningful steps forward.
My approach is grounded, collaborative, anti-oppressive, and affirming. I integrate feminist, multicultural, psychodynamic, person-centered, Brainspotting, and dialectical behavior therapy approaches, tailoring our work to your individual needs, experiences, and preferences. Together, we will consider how your relationships, identities, and broader experiences influence your well-being.
I take a holistic approach that honors the connections among mind, body, and your sense of meaning. My goal is to help you feel heard and supported as you recognize your strengths and build tools for lasting change. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and we can approach that first step with care and at a pace that respects your readiness.
