About Chloe
Have painful experiences or complicated family relationships left you feeling anxious, emotionally disconnected, or never quite “enough”? The ways you have learned to cope may have helped you get through difficult circumstances. I offer a compassionate space to understand those patterns, explore the experiences behind them, and consider new ways of relating to yourself and others.
My approach integrates Brainspotting, IFS-informed practice, Coherence Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and somatic and mindfulness-based practices. Together, we may explore self-critical thoughts, protective responses, early relationships, and emotional learning that continue to shape your present experiences. Our work will be collaborative, with ongoing attention to your readiness, preferences, and sense of safety.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent almost ten years as a music educator, where I learned the importance of creativity, connection, and meeting people where they are. Those experiences continue to shape how I practice. I aim to offer a supportive relationship in which you can develop self-compassion, deepen insight, and work toward meaningful change.
