About Megan

Life transitions, emotional challenges, and relationship difficulties can leave you feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, or unexpected circumstances, I offer a supportive space to explore what you are experiencing. I believe therapy begins with trust, compassion, and meaningful connection.

My approach is collaborative and individualized, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, Internal Family Systems, and psychodynamic therapy. I also draw on structured substance use treatment approaches when relevant to your needs. Together, we will identify patterns, build practical coping skills, and explore difficult experiences with curiosity and care.

You bring your own strengths, history, and goals to therapy, and I strive to meet you where you are. Our work can evolve as your needs change, with attention to communication, boundaries, self-understanding, and emotional well-being. My goal is to support you in making meaningful changes and moving forward with greater confidence.

I am fluent in English and Polish; you are welcome to discuss your language preferences when contacting CARE Counseling, Inc.
