About Meeks

Life changes, uncertainty, and difficult emotions can leave you questioning your direction or sense of self. I am a clinical counselor-in-training completing my master’s degree at Northwestern University. I offer a collaborative space where you can explore your concerns, clarify your goals, and consider what meaningful change looks like for you.

My approach draws from person-centered, psychodynamic, feminist, and Adlerian perspectives, with attention to your individual experiences and relationships. I view counseling as a relational process shaped by trust, curiosity, and respect. Together, we will explore patterns, recognize strengths, and develop ways of responding to challenges that fit your needs.

I strive to create an environment where you feel welcome to share difficult thoughts, fears, and experiences. Our work will also make room to recognize the beauty, resilience, and possibilities within your life. I value supporting you as you deepen self-understanding and move toward a stronger sense of purpose and self-worth.
